This 5-minute Fresh Pico de Gallo is the perfect topping for your next fajita or taco night!

Did Someone Say Pico?
I love me some Pico. If you do not know what Pico de Gallo is, it is a Mexican salsa that pairs well on tacos and fajitas. Honestly, you can put it on anything! If we have tacos and I made a batch of Pico de Gallo, I will throw a little on my eggs the next morning. It beats having to cut up a bunch of veggies to make an omelet. Pico also doubles as a dipping salsa, especially if you are someone who likes the chunky kind. Grab a bag of chips and dip away!
