Instructions

  • If they are not already split, separate the drumstick from the wing and place all pieces in a large bowl

  • Cook on 400F for 20 minutes, turning halfway through

  • When the wings are finished, divide into eight groups of three

Teriyaki

  • Heat a large skillet on medium high heat for 1 minute
  • Add sesame oil and 8 wings to the pan and toss well to combine

  • Clean the skillet and prepare for the next batch

Thai Chili Sauce

  • Heat a large skillet on medium high for 1 minute
  • Add 8 wings and Thai chill sauce to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, tossing the wings often to coat them in the sauce

  • Heat a large skillet on medium high for 1 minute
  • Add "butter" to the skillet and melt, approx 30 seconds
  • Add 8 wings and buffalo sauce to the pan, flip to coat well
  • Add 1 Tbs cassava flour and combine well, until sauce starts to thicken
  • Continue to cook, tossing wings often to coat well, approx 1 minute
  • Serve immediately, with optional celery, ranch, and/or blue cheese dressing

Notes

If making just one flavor, triple the sauce recipe for that flavor
