If they are not already split, separate the drumstick from the wing and place all pieces in a large bowl
Add 2 Tbs of cassava flour and toss to coat all wings
Add the wings to the bin of the Air Fryer
Cook on 400F for 20 minutes, turning halfway through
While the wings are cooking, make the sauces
To make the sauces, combine the ingredients of the Thai chili and teriyaki sauces into two small bowls and whisk well. Set aside (the buffalo sauce will be made directly in the skillet)
When the wings are finished, divide into eight groups of three
Teriyaki
Heat a large skillet on medium high heat for 1 minute
Add sesame oil and 8 wings to the pan and toss well to combine
Add the teriyaki sauce to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, tossing the wings often to coat them in the sauce
Clean the skillet and prepare for the next batch
Thai Chili Sauce
Heat a large skillet on medium high for 1 minute
Add 8 wings and Thai chill sauce to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, tossing the wings often to coat them in the sauce
Clean the skillet and prepare for the next batch
Buffalo Sauce
Heat a large skillet on medium high for 1 minute
Add "butter" to the skillet and melt, approx 30 seconds
Add 8 wings and buffalo sauce to the pan, flip to coat well
Add 1 Tbs cassava flour and combine well, until sauce starts to thicken
Continue to cook, tossing wings often to coat well, approx 1 minute
Serve immediately, with optional celery, ranch, and/or blue cheese dressing

If making just one flavor, triple the sauce recipe for that flavor
