Ingredients

Method
- Add the liquids to a pitcher and set aside in the freezer
- Slice the oranges and lemon and place the sliced fruit in the sangria pitcher, place back in the freezer
- Take 1 pint of blackberries and muddle them with a mortar and pestle (or in a bowl with a spoon)
- Dump the muddled blackberries and 2nd pint of whole blackberries into the pitcher
- Serve immediately, or allow to chill in the fridge until ready to serve the same night
Notes
If you are going to have leftovers (lol), remove the fruit and store it in a separate container overnight. Add the fruit back into the pitcher when you are ready to serve the sangria. If the fruit has gone bad, chop more and allow it to steep in the sangria for another 10 minutes in the fridge prior to serving.
I would not recommend chilling the sangria with ice. It will water down the flavor and not taste as good as it should. Try using rock ice cubes, or freeze freshly sliced oranges and add directly to your glass.
