- Wash and dry the potatoes, peel if preferred (I leave the skins on)
- Slice the potatoes into fries, approx. 1/2 inch thick
- Place fries in a bowl and spray or toss with high heat oil, such as avocado oil
- Sprinkle salt and toss to evenly coat
- Add fries to air fryer and set timer for 25 minutes at 400F
- Remove basket and toss fries every 5 minutes until cooked
- Serve with desired dipping sauce
