Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head romaine lettuce washed and torn
  • small bunch butter lettuce washed and torn
  • 6 cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 Tbs Hummus

Method
 

  1. Prepare all salad ingredients according to recipe instructions. Separate into two salads
  2. Cook bacon to desired crispness
  3. When cool enough to touch, slice bacon and sprinkle on salads
  4. Drizzle hummus on top of the salads and serve!
