Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Avocado Salad

A modern take on the classic BLT sandwich.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head romaine lettuce washed and torn
  • small bunch butter lettuce washed and torn
  • 6 cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 Tbs Hummus

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all salad ingredients according to recipe instructions. Separate into two salads
  • Cook bacon to desired crispness
  • When cool enough to touch, slice bacon and sprinkle on salads
  • Drizzle hummus on top of the salads and serve!
