Easy 5-minute Chimichurri Sauce
This South American green sauce is the perfect addition to your next grill out!
- 1 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 white onion diced
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 Tbs red wine vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
Separate the herb's fresh leaves from their stems
Discard the stems and measure out the fresh herbs according to the ingredient list
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until the fresh herbs are very fine and the ingredients are well combined
Rub on a steak, shrimp, etc. prior to grilling and enjoy!
