Mix all of the turkey burger ingredients in a large bowl
Take the meat out of the bowl on a cooking surface and roll into a large ball
Cut the ball in half vertically, then horizontally to form four equal sized balls
Take each individual ball and roll to form a nicely shaped patty
Heat your grill up or frying pan on med-high heat
Cook the burgers for 4 minutes on the first side, flip
Reduce heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes on the second side
While the burgers are cooking, make the dill sauce in a small bowl
Assemble the burgers and top with several spoonfuls of dill sauce
