thawed and peeled

garlic cloves
minced
pepper
to taste

fresh parsley
chopped

lemon
juiced

Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Heat a medium sized pan on medium heat for 1 minute
Melt Earth Balance in pan for 1 minute, stirring occasionally
Add shrimp and ground pepper, increase heat to med/high
Cook shrimp for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until shrimp is almost finished cooking
Decrease heat to medium and flip shrimp to cook any raw sides that are left for 1 minute
Add minced garlic and simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce is fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic
Remove pan from heat and toss shrimp with lemon juice and parsley, and any desired optional ingredients
Serve with fancy bread
Notes
You may substitute the Earth Balance for regular butter or ghee, but consistency and outcomes may vary
