Method
- Heat a medium sized pan on medium heat for 1 minute
- Melt Earth Balance in pan for 1 minute, stirring occasionally
- Add shrimp and ground pepper, increase heat to med/high
- Cook shrimp for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until shrimp is almost finished cooking
- Decrease heat to medium and flip shrimp to cook any raw sides that are left for 1 minute
- Add minced garlic and simmer for 1-2 minutes, until sauce is fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic
- Remove pan from heat and toss shrimp with lemon juice and parsley, and any desired optional ingredients
- Serve with fancy bread
