Easy Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 14 large eggs
  • 3/4 c water

Equipment

  • Instant Pot/Pressure Cooker
  • 14-tier Egg Rack

Method
 

  1. Add water to the bottom of the Instant Pot
  2. Stack all 14 eggs in tier rack
  3. Close the lid and make sure the seal is shut
  4. Program the IP to Manual Pressure Cook for 5 minutes
  5. When the eggs are finished, IMMEDIATELY flip the seal to Quick Release (they will keep cooking as long as the lid is on)
  6. Carefully watch for the seal to open and remove the lid immediately
  7. Transfer the eggs to a deep dish filled with ice water, and allow to cool for a minimum of 5 minutes
  8. Keep in the fridge for meal prepping or enjoy for a family breakfast right away!
