Method
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Separate slider buns and place face down on a baking sheet
- While oven is preheating, place steak in a deep dish, coat with garlic powder and pepper, and pour in Guinness, reserving 3/4 (set aside)
- Cut onions and mushrooms
- When oven is preheated, bake rolls for 5 minutes, turning the pan halfway through cooking
- Heat frying pan on med-high heat for 2 minutes
- Add onions, Guinness, and red wine vinegar to heated pan
- Saute 6 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add non-dairy butter and mushrooms to pan, saute another 4 minutes, stirring often
- When mushrooms are almost done, begin heating the method of cooking for the steak
- Cook steak according to desired taste*
- Slice desired pieces of brie and set aside
- Remove steak and carefully slice, placing brie on top asap
- On slider bun bottoms, stack arugula, steak (with melting cheese on it), onions/mushrooms, and then top with the second slider bun
