Rosemary Garlic AirFryer Tofu Croutons

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz extra firm tofu
  • 4 Tbs almond flour
  • 1 Tbs rosemary
  • 1 Tbs garlic powder
  • dash black pepper

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method
 

  1. Cut one block of tofu longways into 1" wide strips to be able to cut 1" by 1" cubes
  2. Place the tofu cubes into a large bowl with the rest of the ingredients
  3. TOSS GENTLY until thoroughly coated
  4. Cook in the Air Fryer for 25 minutes at 350F, tossing every 5 minutes
  5. Serve on your next salad!
