- Heat a large cast iron pan on medium heat for 2 minutes
- Add ghee and stir until melted
- Add the spices a stir quickly to combine, then immediately add the lemon juice and half of the milk
- Whisk the sauce and allow it to bubble intermittently for 1 minute
- Add rest of milk and minced garlic
- Whisk for another minute, then transfer the sauce to a small bowl and set aside
- Add the sirloin steak to the pan
- Cook for 2 minutes on each side until steak is just about done to your liking (and a safe temperature for consumption)
- When steak is just about done, add the sauce back into the skillet and move the steaks around in the pan to mix up the sauce. This will cause the sauce to brown and thicken a bit.
- When the steaks are done, remove from the pan and top with remaining sauce
- Optional: Serve with green beans and potatoes

Notes
The sauce will separate if it sits for too long. Just use a small whisk or your fork to mix it up.
